MesCadeaux.com is fully developed and published by LVLUP, a high-end development agency that loves Laravel.
We host the site ourselves on a dedicated server running Debian 12 (aka "Bookworm"), which uses nginx and php-fpm v8.2.
We use Laravel as our main framework, and we love TailwindCSS for the frontend. We also use Laravel Nova for the backend. As of today, we use Laravel 10, TailwindCSS 3, and Laravel Nova 4.
Our database is powered by MariaDB, an open-source fork of MySQL, which leverages a Redis cache to dynamically generate the site's pages on the fly.
The Search feature is powered by Meilisearch (via Laravel Scout). This technology enables us to index more than 30,000 products and 13,000 concerts in real time, and to conduct full-text fuzzy searches in the database, yielding response times of less than 200ms.
